Hi, I'm Adrian! I discovered my love for Paddleboard Yoga when I took my first class in 2014. It felt like learning how to do yoga all over again. I love the extra challenge it brings to my yoga practice.
After completing my 200hr Yoga Certification in 2014, I traveled to San Diego, CA to participate in Paddle Into Fitness's SUP Yoga Certification program, where I received formal training to become a Certified StandUp Paddleboard Yoga Instructor. Since then, I've also completed a Kids Yoga training, Yoga Nidra training and I received my 500 hour Yoga Certification in June 2018.
I currently teach Paddle Yoga classes at The Saguaro Hotel, Lake Pleasant, and Saguaro Lake. I also teach weekly yoga classes in studios (on land), Kids Yoga classes, and I love teaching private classes. View my studio class schedule!

What to Expect
Classes are always all-levels and are accessible for those who are new to both yoga and paddling as well as experienced practitioners. Students will be anchored together using a buoy system before class to ensure that everyone stays together and within earshot of the instructor. During class, you can expect guided breathing, traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures, and posture modifications which allow for traditional postures to be more easily accessible on the water. Students are encouraged to only do as much as they are comfortable with. Modifications are always offered and available. We end every class with Savasana and then invite students to play around on the boards to try anything that was not covered in class such as backbends or arm balances. We will take pictures for anyone who is interested!
